- As overall eco-system, will towards hybrid, many employees will want to work from home ( to full-fill childcare, elder parent care, different genders will want to do work).

- Till now, companies have implemented ERP system, which was designed, assuming team members are physically present at office.
- Now, employees, will also expect, ‘holistic healthcare/wellness plan ( and not an insurance cover) , social entertainment plans from employers. Those companies will see better engagement with employees.

- Office space & seat management
- 3 Control level. Overall configuration at company level( what can be done or no), at project team level & each employee level. Project team can decide, when to meet physically in office/which days/time…
- Employee can mark, time of day ( say 1 PM to 3 PM),when he/she is busy doing household work.
- Checking & authorizing devices, on which an employee can work & making sure that those are cyber secured/latest software version etc.
- After consent, employee heath record is maintained. Wellness plan is offered.
- Program for mental health, family engagement (elders/children ) is offered. In appraisal/goal sheet of employee, these are planned & tracked. Better health, better family life, clean environment related things are encouraged.
- Companies can spend some of their mandatory CSR budget on this.
